Q: The downloads aren't working or take a long time to start the download.

A: Most likely, this is because of the download protection that we use on all of our sites.

The usual way to start a download for our sites is to just click normally on the link and the download should start.

Unfortunately, in some version of Internet Explorer and Chrome this method will take for ever to show the prompt for the download. That is because it is downloading the file into the cache before it gives you the prompt.

If you are experiencing this problem try to use the opposite method to start the download.

If you were clicking normally try a right click and save as. If you were right clicking just click on the link normally.
